Spring is just around the corner and many of our favorite fruits are starting to flower and bloom. Kick off the spring with this light and refreshing smoothie. The green color reminds me of the blooming foliage.
Yields about 32 oz

2-3 cups of your favorite milk alternative (I used almond)

1 cup of peaches

2 cups of pineapple

2 handfuls of baby spinach 

1 tbsp vanilla extract (thank you Justin for hand making some for me)
