Guava mama

After 2 weeks, my guava is finally ripe!

When picking out fruit, it should be pretty soft, almost mushy. When fruits are ready, you’ll almost think they’re on the brink of going bad. Allow fruit to ripen on it’s own before picking it. This way, you’ll get all of the nutrients.

Guava is actually quite tasty! The meat inside is white and the texture reminds me of a pear. The center is filled with tons of seeds. The seeds are edible if you can get around the firm texture.

Guava ranks pretty high on my list!
