Omega-3 OMG?

Now-a-days we see additives on every product in the supermarket. “Great source of Omega 3.” “Contains vitamin C.” But did you know that this is all just a gimmick?

Bread that claims to have Omega-3 added has so little in it, it’s appalling! You would need to eat 168 slices of bread or 20 “Omega-3” eggs per week to get in the recommended dose. That’s a lot of egg salad sandwiches!!
