Multiple “90 Day” Recipes

Hey LOVErs!

I am a part of a raw group on Facebook, and I decided to take a few recipes from there and bring them all to you.  I will include a link to the group down below if you would also like to check it out for yourself or join!

Maya Kamińska’s Smoothie:
  • 2 figs
  • 3 Medjool dates
  • 1 banana
  • blueberries
  • cinnamon
  • ground flax
  • fresh ginger

Angel Silverleaf’s Soup stock:

  • carrot
  • celery
  • tomato juice
Cookie Taylor’s Smooooooothie time:
  • pineapple
  • banana
  • red grapes
  • strawberries
  • linseeds 
Maya Kamińska’s Big Green Juice!
  • whole cucumber
  • fresh ginger
  • 4 apples
  • head of little gem lettuce
Avril Macintosh’s Avocado RAW Salad Dressing:

This is not just a salad dressing. This can opt for dressings over Tacos, Wraps, Salads and used as Dips and This dressing can last in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days, max. The reason being, is that it is protected by oils and the citrus will help keep it fresh. Avocado Dream! (makes approx. 1.5 cups)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • peeled 2 regular Avocados
  • pitted 1/2 cup Coconut oil or fresh Flax Oil
  • 3 green onions, white and green parts
  • 1/2 cup italian Parsley
  • small handfull of fresh Dill
  • small handfull of fresh Basil
  • 1 Lime, juiced or squeezed
  • 2 tsp Braggs Aminos
  • 3 tablespoons or 5 tablespoons of Water Sea-salt and Black Pepper to Taste

You can Blend with an immersion blender or use a regular blender.

    Those look good, especially the dressing. I think we need a mom daughter dinner to try these out.
